The Back to Life (BTL) pain management program at Advance Pain Management has been in Operation since 1998 with over 25 years of experience. We offer an interdisciplinary, whole-person approach to both pain management and functional restoration for those people living with chronic pain. While we specialize in spinal pain we also offer treatment for other chronic pain conditions of musculoskeletal origin.

Our dedicated multidisciplinary team, with over 40 years combined experience, comprises:

Healing Your Pain

Advance Pain Management LLC., of East Point, Georgia is the concept of Geetha Manchireddy, MD. Dr. Manchireddy worked as an anesthesiologist with South Fulton Medical Center for 10 years. Her desire to continue treating patients with pain issues, led to the opening of South Fulton’s newest state of the art pain clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center, Advance Pain Management.

Advance Pain accepts many insurance plans. Please contact us to determine if we accept your coverage. To protect yourself from unnecessary financial obligations, please review your coverage and responsibility with your insurance company prior to services. Any questions regarding your insurance coverage should be directed to your insurance carrier. For patients who wish to cash pay, options are available. Please contact the office to discuss.
